If the purchased product is damaged, REGALO ORIGINAL GLOBAL S.L. will send a new product or a refund. It is necessary that the day you receive the order you send a photo of the damaged product to the email address.

Because of the customised nature of the products, and in accordance with article 45 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade, there is NO right for returns in the case of manufactured goods when delivered in perfect conditions according to customer specifications.
