Return Policies

If the purchased product is damaged, REGALO ORIGINAL GLOBAL S.L. will send a new product or a refund. It is necessary that the day you receive the order you send a photo of the damaged product to the email address. Defects caused by negligence, shock, improper use or manipulation, use of force or materials subject to natural wear and tear are not included.
Because of the customised nature of the products, and in accordance with article 45 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade, there is NO right for returns in the case of manufactured goods when delivered in perfect conditions according to customer specifications. The customer who has made purchases via the Internet has a 7 working days deadline to retract and return an article which would not meet his expectations upon delivery (Article L. 121-16 et seq. Of the Consumer Code ). The formalities for the return of these goods shall be laid down in the general conditions of sale established by the supplier, which may thus provide that these redirection costs will be borne by the buyer.
